The role of the school administrators in the implementation of standards and goals of the school is an important one. Administrators are an important element in the leadership that puts educational policies into practice and develops quality standards of education. The purposes of
thin research were to study and compare the skills of school administrators under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office in relation to the experience of the practitioners and the size of the school. The sample size of 346 administrators and teachers from Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s random stratified proportion method. The discrimination ranged from 0.53 to 0.85, and the reliability was at 0.98. The statistical analysis methods used were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (One - way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s method was used to compare the pairs.
