A learning organization is one of the contemporary forms of school development that leads to sustainable and mostly effective achievement by increasing the capacity of personnel through mutual sharing and learning. The learning organization has a flexible structure that mixes between organizational culture and has a suitable technological application such that the schools are able to exist despite the continuously changing circumstances. The objectives of this research were to study and compare learning organization of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.64-0.93 and a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s paired difference test
