The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the skills of school administrators, 2) study school administrations in the 21st century, 3) study the relationship between the skills of school administrators and school administrations in the 21st century, and 4) create a predictive equation for how the skills of school administrators affect school administrations in the 21st century. The sample was a group of 285 teachers and school administrators in schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgans tables and proportional stratified randomized method, using districts as the class to randomize. The research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire that was divided into 2 parts. Part 1 had 29 items regarding the opinions about the skills of school administrators with a validity of 0.91. Part 2 of had 27 items regarding the opinions about school administrators in the 21st century with a validity of 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons product correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
