The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the communication management regarding the image of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University; 2) to identify the communication management strategies in terms of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University’s image; and 3) to survey public opinion about the communication management strategies related to the image of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. The mixed method was used as research method. The qualitative data were collected from in-depth interviews from university administrators and group meeting. The data was analyzed by using 4 steps: interpretation, comparison, conclusion and synthesis. Likewise, the quantitative data were collected by using a questionnaire from 400 participants. The data from questionnaires were analyzed according to frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
