The purposes of this research were to study and compare the educational administration conditions of child development centers of the local government in Chanthaburi province which was classified by positions, experiences, and education levels. The samples used in the research were
217 local government administrators and caretakers of childcare in child development centers in the local government in Chanthaburi province. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire with a reliability value of .97. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage,
mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. Pair comparison was tested by Scheffe s Method.
