This research aimed to: 1) study the royal knowledge of the royal philosophy on stray dog problem management, 2) study the structural factors affecting the stray dog problem, and 3) present a model for managing the stray dog problem according to the royal science concept. It used the qualitative research method with interdisciplinary approach across disciplines. Semi-structured interviews with 4 officials working on the Hua Hin Dog Care Center Foundation under Royal Patronage, Nakhon Chai Buri Stray Dog Shelter, Royal Thai Navy Stray Dog Care Center by the Air Defense and Coastal Defense Command and Royal Thai Navy Stray Dog Care Center by the Marine Corps Command were used as the research tool. The data were triangulated and data analysis with qualitative interpretations was used.
