การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู ผู้สอน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 จําแนกตามประสบการณ์การทํางานและขนาดสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาและ เปรียบเทียบวัฒนธรรมองค์การตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 จําแนกตามประสบการณ์การทํางานและขนาดสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหวางภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และวัฒนธรรมองค์การตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18

The purposes of this research were 1) teachers’ to study and compare the transformational leadership of school principal in accordance with teachers’ opinion classified by working experience and school size 2) to study and compare the organizational culture in accordance with teachers’ opinion classified by working experience and school size and 3) to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership of school principal and organizational culture as teachers’ opinion in basic school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 18.
