The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of motivational factors
affecting professional teachers in Basic Education Schools of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Offices,
2) the level of professional teachers in Basic Education Schools of
Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Offices,
3) the relation between the motivational factors and professional teachers in Basic Education Schools of Chanthaburi Primary Educational
Service Area Offices, and 4) the regression equation of motivational factors affecting professional teachers in Basic Education Schools of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Offices. The samples consisted of 324 teachers in Basic Education Schools of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Offices in the academic year of 2012. The research instrument was a five - rating scale questionnaire with two parts. The first part of the questionnaire was about the level of motivational factors affecting professional teachers containing 64 items with the IOC validity level of 0.60 - 1.00, the discrimination level of 0.31 - 0.86, and the reliability level of 0.98.
