Management of the administration of dual education affecting the desirable characteristics of the Graduates of Vocational Colleges in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat Provinces
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the management of the administration of dual education, 2) to study the desirable characteristics of the graduates, 3) to study the relationship between management of the administration of dual education and the desirable characteristics of the graduates, and 4) to study how to management of the administration affects the desirable characteristics of the graduates of vocational colleges in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat Provinces. The sample of 112 administrators and teachers under vocational colleges that used dual education in academic year 2019 in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat Provinces, was selected by proportional stratification sampling of administrators, and teachers divided by province, before being selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a three-part, five-rating questionnaire regarding the management of the administration of dual education affecting the desirable characteristics of the graduates of vocational colleges in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat Provinces. Part 1 collected preliminary information from the respondents. Part 2 consisted of 53 items regarding the management of the administration of dual education. It had a validity of 0.80-1.00, a discrimination of 0.32-0.81, and a reliability of 0.95. Part 3 consisted of 20 items regarding the desirable characteristics of the graduates. It had a validity of 0.80-1.00, a discrimination of 0.48-0.84, and a reliability of 0.95. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.97. The data were analyzed by using: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis
