At present, Thai youths are facing a situation of social change where the instant culture is a result of technological advancement in the information age. This change not only affects their behavior negatively, but also causes children’s learning disabilities as well. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the administration of the student support system by school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, and was selected by using Krejcie and Morgan’s tables and proportional stratified randomization method. The instrument used for data collection was a five-rating scale questionnaire with suitability rating of 0.33-0.67 and a reliability of 0.91. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean standard deviation, T-test and one-way analysis of variance.
