The quality of academic performance of school administrators under the office of the Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces
Academic work is one of the important jobs of the school administrators. Whether the academic institutes will be successful or not depends on academic work management that encourages the students to have knowledge, morality and ethics and be able to live with others happily. This is also an achievement indicator of the school administrators as the leaders of an organization. This research aimed to study and compare the quality of academic performance of the school administrators under the office of the Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces classified by gender, working experience and location of schools. The research sample was a group of 305 teachers from the schools under the office of the Vocational Education Commission in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat province in the academic year 2018. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The research instrument used for collecting data was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and One-way ANOVA.
