The school administrators’ academic leadership is behavior in applying knowledge, skills and techniques to be beneficial for academic operations. The school administrators can use strategies of leadership, management and group guiding to conduct academic activities and to achieve the set goals. The objectives of this research were: to 1) study the level of the school administrators’ academic leadership, 2) study the level of the teachers’ teamwork, 3) study the relationship between the school administrators’ academic leadership and the teachers’ teamwork, and 4) create prediction equation for the school administrators’ academic leadership affecting the teachers’ teamwork. The sample was a group of 373 teacher in the school under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportionate stratified random sampling method by using educational service area as a random class. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
