The purposes of this research were to study and compare the situational leadership of school administrators under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by work experience and school size. The sample used in this research included 324 teachers under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. It was select by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination was between 0.35 and 0.74, and the reliability was 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s comparsion test.
