The school administration is very important for teacher’s learning and teaching management which directly impacts the student’s quality and community’s development. The participation in school administration of the Basic Education Committees makes the operations smooth, consistent with the community’s needs, and makes all involved parties proud. The objectives of this research were to study and compare the role of the Basic Education Committees participation in school administrations under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office classified according to Educational Service Area Office and size of schools. The sample used in the research was a group of 351 administrators and teachers under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.51-0.90 and a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA)
