The purposes of this research were to study the condition of administration in provision of special education in core schools by using SEAT Framework under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. They are classified by position, experience and schoolsize. The samples consisted of 328 persons : 31 school administrators and 297 teachers. The research instrument was 5 rating scale questionnaires of 39 items which had reliability coefficients at 0.92. The statistics used are, percentage, mean standard deviation, t-test and One way ANOVA.
