The experiments were conducted to produce all female climbing perch (Anabas testudineus). In the first experiment, A. testudineus fertilized eggs were immersed for 4 days in water, containing , 7.5, 1.5, 22.5 and 30 miligrams of White Kwao Krua (Pueraria mirifica) crude extract per liter, at a density of 100 eggs per liter. In the second experiment, fourteen-day-old Climbing Perch were fed different amounts of the crude extract in their feed, containing 0, 100, 150, 200 and 250 miligrams per kilogram feed, for 28 days. The results showed that climbing Perch eggs immersed in water, containing White Kwao Krua crude extract, at the concentration of 7.5, 1.5, 22.5 and 30 miligrams per liter resulted in an average female production of 69.67±2.52, 70.33±1.53, 75.00±1.00 and 83.00±3.61 percent, respectively. These values were all significantly higher (p≤0.05) than the mean percentage of females in the control treatments (39.67±5.85 percent). However, the mean percent female production in the water containing 30 miligrams of White Kwao Krua crude extract per liter was significantly higher (p≤0.05) than other treatments.
