การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บริการของผู้ป่วยที่มีต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการต่าง ๆ ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการของโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี

This research aims to study the level of satisfaction of customer service patient with the quality of its services of private hospitals in Mueang district, Chanthaburi province and to compare the differences in levels of satisfaction with the quality of the customer service of private hospitals in Mueang district, Chanthaburi province classified by legal status of patients.
