The purposes of this research were to study the process of entering into the city for work, impacts, and resolution measures on immigration in the area of Soi Dao District in Chanthaburi Province. The mixed methods of quantitative and qualitative were used in this study. The survey research, in-depth interview, and participant observation were employed in this research. The findings identified the following 4 impacts of both legal and illegal immigration in Soi Dao district in Chanthaburi province : security, society, economy, and public health, which were shown overall at the moderate level. The resolution measures on the immigration in Soi Dao District in Chanthaburi Province were mainly focused on using the local labours and having trainings for the immigrants.
