The purposes of this research were to study the Buddhist concept to manage Sadja Sasomsub Group in Wat Pa Tepnimit, Pongnamrou, Chanthaburi and to compare the Buddhist concept among the group members. The sample consisted of 291 group members. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
The results found were : 1) The Buddhist concept was managed at a high level in the group. The issues of the concept were rated from the 4 noble sentiments, the 4 principles of kindly treatment, the rules of human conduct and the 4 holy truths respectively. 2) The members who were different gender, education, terms of membership had no different management whereas those who were different age, income and occupation had significantly different management at .05 level.
