The purposes of this study were to: 1) study the creative leadership of school administrators in pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Chanthaburi Province; 2) study the academic administration of these schools; 3) study the relationship between the creative leadership and academic administration in these schools; and 4) create an equation forecasting the creative leadership affecting the academic administration of these schools. The sample was a group of 327 teachers in these schools in the academic year 2024. The research instrument was a two-part, five-rating scale questionnaire. The first part was about the creative leadership of school administrators in these pilot schools and contained 32 items with a reliability of 0.81. The second part was about the academic administration of these schools and contained 36 items with a reliability of 0.75. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.
