The objectives of this study were to: 1) examine the participatory administration of school administrators in pilot schools under the education sandbox of Chanthaburi Province; 2) investigate the curriculum development within these pilot schools; 3) analyze the relationship between the participatory administration and the curriculum development in these pilot schools; and 4) develop a predictive equation for participatory administration factors influencing the curriculum development in this context. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 327 teachers from these schools in during the 2024 academic year. The research instruments included a two-section questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The first section measured participatory administration, with a reliability coefficient of 0.89, while the second section assessed curriculum development, with a reliability coefficient of 0.78. Statistical analyses included: percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
