The academic leadership of school administrators affecting the proactive learning management of teachers in pilot schools under the education sandbox of Chanthaburi Province
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the level of the academic leadership of school administrators in pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Chanthaburi Province, 2) study the level of the proactive learning management of teachers, 3) study the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the proactive learning management of teachers, and 4) create a forecasting equation for the academic leadership of school administrators affecting the proactive learning management of teachers in pilot schools under the Education Sandbox of Chanthaburi Province. The research sample was a group of teachers in these schools in the academic year 2024. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire, divided into two parts: part 1 was a questionnaire about the academic leadership of school administrators, with a reliability value of 0.75, and part 2 was a questionnaire about the proactive learning management of teachers, with a reliability value of 0.68. The statistics used for data analysis included: mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient by stepwise.
