The competency of school administrators in the digital age affecting the administration of academic affairs in Primary Schools under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
The objectives of the research were to: 1) study the level of competency of school administrators in the digital age in schools under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) study the administration of academic affairs in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the competencies of school administrators in the digital age affecting the administration of academic affairs in these schools, and 4) create a forecasting equation for the competency of school administrators in the digital age affecting the administration of academic affairs. The sample was a group of 313 teachers and was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size table. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a 5-point rating scale, divided into 2 parts: part 1 was a questionnaire on opinions about school administrators competencies in the digital age, with a reliability coefficient of .93; part 2 was a questionnaire on opinions about academic administration in the digital age, with a reliability coefficient of .97. The statistics used for data analysis included: mean, standard
deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis.
