The forward organization that is driven forward to desired objectives depends upon a visionary leader who tracks the changing situation continuously. Strategic leadership is an important ability of school administrators concerning the trend projection of the organization, competitively strategic development, and efficient resource utilization. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of strategic leadership of school administrators under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by working experience and school size. The sample used in this research was a group of 306 school administrators and teachers in Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office resulting from Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the role of strategic leadership of school administrators under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The instrument for collecting data was a five – rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of between 0.28 – 0.88 and a reliability of 0.97. The data was analyzed by : percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
