Internal supervision ia an important role for the school administrators in systematically development effective learning and teaching and teaching management, which not only promotes the learners’ ability, but also enhances higher education quality according to the national education standard. The purpose of this research were to study and compare the internal supervision role of basic education administrators in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces classified by status and size of the schools. Tha sample used in this research was a group of 375 school administrators and teachers in basic education schools in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s paired difference test.
