Nowadays, school administrators have an important role and responsibility towards education management and school administration. Therefore, the school administrators need to improve themselves all the time and need to promote personnel development by giving them an opportunity to change their administrative and superleadership behaviors to be able to be a complete leadership. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the superleadership of school administrators under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by status and size of the schools. The sample used in this research was a group of 341 school administrators and teachers in Chanthaburi province. The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a discrimination of 0.32-0.87 and a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were : percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s paired difference test.
