The relationship between the transformation leadership style of school administrators and teacher is job satisfaction in school of under Chanthaburi Educational Service Area 1
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of transformational leadership styles of school administrators 2) the level of teacher’s job satisfaction in school and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership styles of school administrators and teacher’s job satisfaction in school. The sample was 310 teachers. The research was stratified random sampling. The research instruments were 5 rating scale questionnaires with alpha-coefficient. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were mean, standard deviation, validity, reliability and Pearson is Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
