A Study of the Relation between Internal Supervision Process with Teaching Behaviors of Teachers under the Municipalities in Rayong Chanthaburi and Trat Provinces
The purposes of this research were to study internal supervision process and teaching behaviors and to examine the relation between internal supervision process with teaching behaviors of teachers under the Municipalities in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. The sample groups were the 248 school teachers under the Municipalities in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. The sample groups were determined by the method of disproportional stratified random sampling. The research instruments were 5 - rating scale questionnaires with alpha-coefficient s
at 0.89 for internal supervision process and alpha - coefficient at 0.84 for teaching behaviors. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were percentage, mean, standard deviation,
alpha - coefficient, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
