การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนกับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษากับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู สังกัดเทศบาลในจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดเทศบาลในจังหวัดระยอง จันทบุรี และตราด โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างไม่เป็นสัดส่วน (Disproportional Stratified Random Sampling) จํานวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การหาคุณภาพของแบบสอบถามโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นกระบวนการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.89 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู เท่ากับ 0.84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)

The purposes of this research were to study internal supervision process and teaching behaviors and to examine the relation between internal supervision process with teaching behaviors of teachers under the Municipalities in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. The sample groups were the 248 school teachers under the Municipalities in Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat Provinces. The sample groups were determined by the method of disproportional stratified random sampling. The research instruments were 5 - rating scale questionnaires with alpha-coefficient s at 0.89 for internal supervision process and alpha - coefficient at 0.84 for teaching behaviors. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were percentage, mean, standard deviation, alpha - coefficient, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
