The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a short-term training curriculum on professional make-up art for beauty course students, 2) to compare learning achievement before and after using the short-term training curriculum, and 3) to compare the students’ practical skills before and after using the short-term training curriculum. The sample used in this research was a group of 30 beauty course students from Chanthaburi Polytechnic College under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2019, selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments regarding the development of a short-term training curriculum on professional make-up art for beauty course students consisted of: 1) an assessment form on suitability and consistency of the curriculum components, 2) a short-term training curriculum, 3) a learning achievement test, and 4) a practical skills test. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation and t-test.
