การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับการจัดการความรู้ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอแหลมสิงห์ จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความรู้ ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอแหลมสิงห์ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลในเขตอําเภอแหลมสิงห์ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จํานวน 94 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการจัดการความรู้ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบล อําเภอแหลมสิงห์ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ลักษณะแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( Χ ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - Way ANOVA)

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of knowledge management operated by Laemsingh District Administration Organization 2) to compare the opinions of personnel staff with different genders, ages, educational levels, and working experiences towards the knowledge management of Laemsingh District Administration Organization. The research populations were the 94 personnel staff of Laemsingh District Administration Organization. The research instruments were a questionnaire with the rating scale at 5 and the reliability level of .91. The descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one way analysis of variance.
