The objectives of this research are to study the condition of administrative problems of local government in Trat Prefecture Area of Trat Province, to compare the condition of administrative problems of local government in Trat Prefecture Area of Trat Province and to study the suggestions and guided working approach of local government in Trat Prefecture Area of Trat Province. The factors of gender, age, status, monthly incomes, working positions and
experiences were investigated in this research.
