การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ในสถานศึกษา และศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหวางการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจ ในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี พร้อมทั้งสร้างสมการพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา

The purposes of this research were to study the execution of school administrators professional ethics, public school teachers job performance satisfaction, to examine the relation between the execution of school administrators professional ethics and public school teachers job performance satisfaction under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, and to formulate the predicted equation in the professional ethics of school administrators which affected the job performance satisfaction of public school teachers
