Visionary leadership of school administrators affecting the morality and transparency operations in Schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the visionary leadership of school administrators of schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) study the effectiveness of morality and transparency operations in these schools, 3) study the relationship between the visionary leadership of school administrators and the morality and transparency operations in these schools, and 4) create a forecast equation for the visionary leadership of school administrators affecting the morality and transparency operations in these schools. The research sample was a group of 310 teachers in these schools in the academic year 2022 and was selected by using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire divided into 3 parts: part 1 was about gathering the general information about the respondents, part 2 was about studying the visionary leadership of school administrators with a reliability value of 0.98, and part 3 was about measuring and evaluating the morality and transparency operations in schools with a reliability value of 0.99. The statistics used for data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis.
