The purposes of this research were to study and compare the A study of the role of strategic leadership of basic education school administrators in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat Provinces classified by work experience and school size. The sample used in this research included 358 teachers in basic education school in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces, select by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination was between 0.31 and 0.88, and the reliability was 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s comparsion test.
