Leadership is a very important trait ofschool administrators in high quality education management because of education is a tool for human development and country development. There is much research on leadership that the researcher wanted to synthesize on school administrators’ leadership. The purpose of this research was to synthesize the research on leadership of school administrators by using the meta-analysis method of Glass. The sample was a selection if 39 research papers that compared the leadership of administrators when affected by different variables, were at a level of 3.50 or higher in the research evaluation. The research instruments selected from the sample were:9 research conclusions, 11 research evaluations and 3 research data notes. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were: Grand Mean, Standard Deviation of Mean, Two-way analysis of variance
and ω2 -correlation.
