Assessment of actual versus expected roles of Koh Chang Tai Sub-district administration organization in local community tourism, Koh Chang District, Trat Province
The purposes of the research entitle “Assessment of actual versus expected roles of Koh Chang Tai Sub-district administration organization in local community tourism, Koh Chang District, Trat Province” were to compare the actual and expected roles of the local administration organization in community tourism and to study guidelines and measures to develop these roles. The mixed methods research design of quantitative and qualitative research were used in this study. The research sample for the quantitative research was a group of 336 registered voters and 37 local administration officials who responded to the questionnaire. The qualitative research used in-depth interviews with key informants including administrators of the Koh Chang Tai Sub-district administration organization and executive directors of the local tourist association
