The purposes of this research were to study and to compare superleadership of executives of child development centers in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces. The sample used in this study with proportional stratified random sampling included 260 teachers of the child development centers in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces.
