The aims of this research were to study immigrant worker management, problems, proposed policy for rubber plantation entrepreneurs in Khun Song Sub-district Kaeng Hang Maeo District Chanthaburi Province. The qualitative research approach was used in this study by focusing on the 4 case studies. The data were collected from the study of related document papers, in-depth interview, and participatory observation. The research results identified that different rubber plantation businessmen had their own different management on the immigrant worker problems. The income segmentation was problems, but there were no differences between Thai workers and immigrant workers.
