การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำนวน 318 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม 1 ฉบับ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 30 ข้อ ตอนที่ 2 แบบวัดความพึงพอใจในการปฏืบัติงานของครูผู้สอน จำนวน 30 ข้อ การหาคุณภาพของแบบสอบถามโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ( Alpha Coefficient) ของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเท่ากับ 0.88 ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกของแบบสอบถามตั้งแต่ 0.40-0.85 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 7 เท่ากับ 0.86 ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกของแบบสอบถามตั้งแต่ 0.45-0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะหืข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)

The purposes of this research were to study and compare teacher job satisfaction classified by gender and the relationship between school administrators leadership and teachers job satisfaction in school under the Secondary Education Service Area office 7. The samples were 318 school teachers in the secondary Educational Service Area Office 7. The research instruments were 30 administrators leadership questionnaires and 30 teachers job satisfaction questionnaires. The questionnaires showed the alpha-coefficient level of 0.88 and the discrimination level of 0.40-0.85 for the school administrators leadership. The alpha-coefficient level of 0.86 and the discrimination level of 0.45-0.87 were identified in the questionnaires for the teachers job satisfaction. The statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis testing were frequency,percentage,mean,standard deviation, alpha-coefficient and Pearson s Product Moment Correlation
